Bars and Pubs
Hogs and Heifers
201 North 3rd Street

Don't let the name fool you. It isn't a BBQ joint. Hogs and Heifers
is my absolute favorite bar in town, located just off the Fremont
Street Experience. It's a straight up bar, no little tables to hang at.
But there's plenty of entertainment to keep you busy while you
enjoy your drinks. Think Coyote Ugly meets biker bar and you'll
have the idea. Plentiful drinks are served by girls with attitude.
And when the music's right, they'll hop on the bar and dance. You
can join them if you want. Take it from me, it can be a blast. Just
don't drink too much or wear heels before you jump up there <g>.
J. C. Wooloughan's Irish Pub
221 N. Rampart Blvd. (Inside the J. W. Marriot)

This is a great place to just have some good Irish food, knock back
a pint, and on the right night enjoy some live music. Their food is
about as authentic as you can get in this town and the atmosphere
is incredible. I swear, you feel like you walked back in time when
you walk into this place. And their plum pudding is to-die-for.
Casa Fuente
Inside the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace

Okay, I know what you're thinking. "Jenna, a cigar bar? Gross!"
Well, at least my non-smoking friends are thinking this. If you're
into the cigar thing, this is a great place to just hang out and
enjoy a stick. (I'll admit it. I've enjoyed a stick or two here
myself. I blame it on my DH). Otherwise, this place has the best
Mojitos in town. I love to try their specials. If you can catch their
Mango Mojito, it's completely yummy. Also, the location is fab.
It's right by the escalators to the second half of the mall and is a
prime spot for my favorite pastime - people watching. Not to
mention, the Playboy shop is close by and I love all
The Girls
Next Door
stuff they sell.
