| Swish Shabu Shabu 7875 W. Sahara Ave. Okay, I admit to being a Japanophile. But Swish is actually my DH's favorite place. You sit at a bar with either a fry pan or a pot of bowling water. You pick the meat and/or vegetables you want. You cook everything yourself and dip it in your favorite sauces. A great meal for a cold day. |

| Paris Buffet 3655 S. Las Vegas Blvd. I love this buffet. It's a little pricey, but the food is fantastic. I especially love the Sunday brunch. Each area of France is represented with its own station, plus a cheese/seafood and dessert areas. It's just yum. |
